Where do we meet and is hotel pickup available?
Day visitors may join at the Sightseeing Tour Loading Zone in front of the Tahquitz Canyon entrance at the Welwood Murray Memorial Library (100 S. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs). Standard pickup covers hotels and residences in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage; extended pickup (additional fee) covers parts of Palm Desert, Indian Wells and La Quinta.
How many people can ride in a Jeep and how do I book for larger groups?
Each Jeep seats up to seven guests. Online reservations accept one or two Jeeps (maximum 15 guests). For bookings of three or more Jeeps (15+ people) contact the operator by email or phone; different contract and deposit terms apply for large groups.
Are children allowed?
The tour is recommended for children aged 8 and up.
What is the weather policy?
Tours run rain or shine; the operator may alter or cancel excursions for safety in cases of heavy rain or flash flood advisories. If the operator cancels for safety you can reschedule at no charge, receive a gift card or a refund depending on circumstances.
