Sessions run within the DEMO DAY window (26 Oct, 8am–11am); the total booked experience is approximately 45 minutes including check‑in and briefing, with about 30 minutes on the water.

What to Bring

Wear swimwear under clothes and bring a towel, sunscreen, water bottle and a change of clothes; wetsuits, helmets, impact vests and boards are provided by the operator.

Meeting Point & Parking

Meet at McInherney Park (Mcinherney Close, Port Macquarie); arrive 10–15 minutes early. Car parking can be constrained on weekends—alternative parking is available at the boat ramp at the end of River Park Road, with setup near the grass BBQ shelter.

Cancellations & Weather

OzFoiling will reschedule or refund if conditions are unsafe; light rain, wind or cool temperatures alone are not considered unsafe. Contact the operator by phone for cancellations and refunds, and note the 48‑hour notice policy for full refunds or credits.

No experience is required; the demo includes full instruction, a safety briefing and land‑based training so beginners can participate.

Is eFoiling safe?

Yes—when guided by experienced instructors. Safety gear (helmet, impact vest and optional wetsuit) is provided and instructors remain on the water to support riders.

How long is the on‑water session?

The on‑water portion is about 30 minutes; the total session time including check‑in and briefing is approximately 45 minutes.

Is there an age limit?

Yes—participants must be at least 12 years old. Riders under 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may require written consent.

Are there weight limits to ride?

Yes—the maximum rider weight is 120 kg (264 lbs) and the minimum rider weight is 40 kg (89 lbs).

What if I can’t stand up on the board?

No problem—many first‑timers begin by kneeling or lying down. Most guests are standing and foiling by the end of the session, but you can progress at your own pace.

Where do we meet for the session?

Arrive 10–15 minutes early at McInherney Park, McInherney Close, Port Macquarie. Setup is on the grass near the BBQ shelter.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If conditions on the Hastings River are unsafe, OzFoiling will reschedule your booking or provide a transferable credit; light rain, wind or cool temperatures alone are not grounds for refund or reschedule.

Is the session fee redeemable toward gear purchases?

Yes—the session cost is fully redeemable toward a purchase, and redeemable toward gear upgrades for returning Fliteboarders.
