Yes. You can select any return time up to park closing time; if you do not provide a return time the default of 7:00pm will be assigned. You may change your return time up to 48 hours prior to the pick-up date.
Are there refunds if tickets have been processed and sent to my email?
No. Once the tickets have been processed and sent to the email on the reservation they are live, hold cash value, and refunds are not available.
What pickup times are available from my Anaheim hotel?
Hotel pickup times are 8:00am (default) or 9:30am; you must select one of these times when booking.
Is there a default return time?
Yes — the default return time is 7:00pm, though you can select a different return time up to park close or request a later pickup within 30 minutes after park close.
Are any dates excluded from use of the e‑ticket?
The e‑ticket is not valid on July 4 and 5, and December 20 through December 31.
