How long is the tour?
The tour runs 5–6 hours total (including a lunch break); actual paddling time is about 4 hours.
When does the tour start?
The tour begins at 10:00.
What if the weather is bad?
There is a fair-weather policy: if rain is forecast the operator offers cancellation up to three days before the tour and retains only the deposit; in cases of force majeure (thunderstorms, heavy rain, wind over 3 Bft.), the tour need not be carried out and payment is not required beyond the deposit retained for incurred effort.
Can we change participant numbers after booking?
Up to three participants can be canceled free of charge if the operator is notified at least three days before the tour and minimum numbers are still met.
How is payment handled?
A 20% deposit is required at booking; the remainder is due within one week after the tour.
Is there a guide in every canoe?
Yes — each team canoe has an assigned guide from the federation of canoe tourism.
