Reservations last up to one hour. Candles and wax melts require a minimum of two hours to set before pickup; for same-day pickup schedule at least three hours before closing. Reschedules allowed one time if requested at least 24 hours in advance; bookings are final and nonrefundable.
Arrive ready to make a product; the $10 reservation fee is applied at checkout toward your in-store total. No outside food or drink is allowed in the studio.

How long is the reservation?
Reservations are for up to 1 hour; on-time arrival is required and you should call if you will be more than 15 minutes late.
What does the reservation fee cover?
A $10 reservation fee is collected and will be applied toward your final in-store purchase (a maximum of $10 credit per item).
What if fewer people show than I booked?
Seats at the pour bar are for customers who intend to make a product; if unused seats are booked you will forfeit the $10 reservation fee for each unused seat.
Can I get a refund or reschedule?
All bookings are final and not eligible for a refund. You may reschedule once if you email [email protected] at least 24 hours before your reservation; reservations booked less than 24 hours ahead are not eligible for reschedule.
Can I pick up candles the same day?
