The rate is $95 per rider (ages 5 and up) for the 45‑minute group trail lesson; gratuity is not included.
Are there age, weight or health restrictions?
Riders must be at least 5 years old; all riders must meet a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs; pregnant participants and riders who are intoxicated or not physically fit to safely mount/dismount will not be permitted to ride.
Do I need to bring my own helmet or riding gear?
No—helmets are required and are provided by the ranch; riders must wear pants/leggings and closed‑toed shoes, and gloves are recommended in winter.
What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 75% refund (25% non‑refundable). Cancellations after that period are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling must also be done at least 72 hours in advance.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
The operator rides rain or shine and provides rain slickers; if conditions are deemed too dangerous they will offer a rain check, reschedule, or a covered 'Rainy Day Rodeo Ride' in the arena.
