Yes. Signed liability waivers are required for all minors under 18, including infants, for entry to FunFlatables.
What payment and deposit policies apply?
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required and applied to the invoice; final payment is due upon arrival via cash, credit card, or a business check (personal checks are not accepted). If cancelled with 24+ hours notice, the deposit is transferable to a future field trip booking.
Can we bring food or order pizza?
Outside food and drinks are allowed; optional 14" pizzas that feed approximately 4–6 children can be ordered through FunFlatables for $18 and must be ordered 48 hours prior to the field trip date; drinks and water are available at published prices.
What happens if we stay past our scheduled end time?
Field trips must end promptly at the scheduled end time; courtesy reminders are given 30 and 5 minutes before the end. A $30 fee will be applied for every 15 minutes past the scheduled end time.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes. A one-time 6% online booking fee is charged by a third-party service provider and will not appear on the operator's invoice.
