You arrive at the high-country property in the morning, mount up and trek through varied high-country terrain to river valleys and lookouts, stop for a riverside lunch, then spend a late-afternoon three-hour guided fly-fishing session before settling into a private, renovated miners’ cottage with a spa for the night; on day two breakfast in the cottage precedes a ride to Kate Cameron’s Peak to view the famous jump scene from The Man from Snowy River before returning to the farm and driving to Mansfield for lunch.
