Two-day lesson: classes run 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day. The first day meets in the classroom at 9:00 a.m. until lunch, followed by an afternoon on the water; the second day meets on one of the boats at 9:00 a.m.

Bring bottled water, polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat or cap, non-marking shoes (tennis or deck shoes), layered clothing and rain gear. Also bring the ASA textbook and logbook, a writing pad and pen.
