Pickup is at 7:00 am with a return around 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm depending on group size, weather and participant skill levels.

What is the cost and age requirement?

The stated adult rate is $79.99 (tax and fees included) for ages 18 to 60; participants below 18 or above 60 should contact the operator for advice.

Is lunch included?

A Puerto Rican 'jíbaro' lunch is served at the end but is not included in the listed price; participants should bring money or a card for the lunch purchase.

What are the physical requirements?

Participants must be physically active with good endurance, able to hike 2–3 miles on semi-to-steep terrain, have good balance for slippery rock and river sections, and be able to swim without a life vest unless the operator is informed beforehand.

Are photos provided or should I bring a camera?

The operator provides pictures of the activity for free but strongly recommends participants bring their own cameras; the operator is not responsible for participants' electronics.

What safety or health conditions disqualify participation?

Persons with predisposed cardiac conditions, respiratory conditions, epileptic seizures, significant leg problems, those who are extremely overweight, pregnant people, or anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol cannot participate.
