The program lasts about 2 hours; please arrive on time and have an adult register at the ticket office on arrival.
Bring a lightly edible birthday cake, muffins or savory finger food; the castle provides drinks, tableware, cutlery, napkins and decoration. If the tour may run into darkness, bring flashlights for the tower climb. Costumes are welcome.
There is no sink in the castle and no opportunity to open gifts during the guided tour. The birthday room will be set and decorated by the castle staff. Candles are not permitted due to fire risk.
