Bring a wide-brim hat, rain jacket (afternoon rain is common), long pants and breathable long sleeves for sun and bugs, water bottles, camera, sunglasses, closed-toed shoes, and optional trekking poles. Note the operator advises dressing for all weather; waterproof gear is recommended when rain is forecast.
Participants should be in good health and accustomed to frequent exercise. Trips run in a variety of conditions; if weather is severe or dangerous the operator will cancel and refund the trip.
