Handlers supervise all shoots. Weight limits for mounted poses apply; guests who exceed limits will be offered ground-based alternatives with the horses.

Planning Your Outing
Do you provide photographers?
No. This is a bring-your-own-photographer experience; the ranch supplies horses and the location only.
Can I use more than one horse for the shoot?
Yes. Pricing includes one horse; additional horses cost $50–$100 each depending on the session.
Are backdrops, props, or outfits included?
No. Backdrops, props, ribbons, and themed outfits are not provided; you may bring your own accessories.
What is the safety weight limit for riding or seated poses?
For mounted sessions the limit is 180 lbs if you are 5'8" or shorter, and 240 lbs if you are taller than 5'8"; ground-based photo options are available for those exceeding these limits.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Full payment is required at booking. Cancellations more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund or one free reschedule; cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. One complimentary reschedule is allowed with 72+ hours notice; after that, a $50 fee applies.
