Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 75% refund; bookings canceled within 72 hours are not refundable (activities are 25% non‑refundable).
Can I reschedule my lesson?
Rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours in advance; if you are sick, contact the operator to reschedule for a time more than two weeks out.
What happens if it rains?
The ranch rides rain or shine; they provide rain slickers. If conditions are deemed too dangerous to ride, the operator will offer a rain check, reschedule or a Rainy Day Rodeo Ride in the covered arena.
Are pets or smoking allowed on the property?
No—visitors may not bring pets and smoking is not allowed on the property.
Is gratuity included?
No—gratuity is not included in the listed price but is appreciated; handlers can be tipped and gratuity can be added to your card upon request.
