Bring a water bottle for during and after the lesson. Dress to ride in full‑length pants (jeans or leggings), closed‑in shoes with a slight heel and a smooth sole (sneakers are suitable), and T‑shirts or long sleeves. Prepare for weather with a raincoat in winter and sun protection in summer.
If you arrive in incorrect attire you will not be permitted to ride and the ride will be cancelled without refund; helmets are compulsory.
