Outing Highlights

THE CAMP

Wild camping on a secluded island

On the first evening participants set tents along a shoreline and spend the night next to a campfire, cooking organic meals and watching the light fall across the archipelago—an intimate island campsite experience.

THE WILDLIFE

Sea eagles and abundant birdlife

Paddling through the outer archipelago exposes you to rich birdlife, with Sea Eagles among the notable species you may encounter while scanning headlands and rocky skerries.

THE ROUTE

Two days of measured paddling and coastal exploration

Guides lead the group through sheltered channels and between small islands, balancing stretches of paddling, swim and lunch breaks, and a short hike to viewpoints before returning to town.

What the day feels like

What the two-day kayak tour feels like

The trip moves deliberately: an early departure from the kayak station, two-hour paddles broken by beach lunches and swims, a slow afternoon search for the perfect wild-camping spot, and a second day of morning paddling when conditions are often at their best—followed by a lunch-and-hike interlude and a final afternoon return to town.
