THE EXPERIENCE

Suite comforts and on-site amenities

The Bengal Suite is appointed for a comfortable stay with a queen bed plus a sleeper sofa, two 40" smart TVs, a mini-fridge and microwave, Keurig coffee service, toiletries and robes provided, and a front deck seating area shared with the Siberian Suite.

THE ACCESS

Discovery Area tours and daily viewing

All registered lodging guests pay a one-time discounted entry fee that grants unlimited tours and Discovery Area access during their stay; daily tour times run 9 am–4 pm (9 am–3 pm from mid-November through March).

THE ETHOS

Stay that supports care

The refuge is a nonprofit and the cost of lodging helps fund the care of resident animals; the Bengal Suite is family friendly, pet friendly (fees apply), and accommodates up to five guests with ramp access (not ADA compliant).

What the day feels like

What the stay feels like

The rhythm of a Bengal Suite stay is low-key and refuge-centered: check in late afternoon, settle into suite comforts, then rise for guided access to the Discovery Area and tour loop during scheduled daily tours. The setting is designed to be family-friendly and practical—complimentary morning provisions arrive in the mini-fridge, and staff provide the information you need for smooth arrival and departure.
