All registered lodging guests pay a one-time discounted entry fee that grants unlimited tours and Discovery Area access during their stay; daily tour times run 9 am–4 pm (9 am–3 pm from mid-November through March).

Bring your reservation confirmation and check your email—the refuge sends arrival and check-in instructions 48 hours before your stay. If you don’t check email often, opt into text messaging when you book. If bringing pets, bring required supplies and note the non-refundable pet fees and the two-animal maximum.
Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. Daily tour times run 9 am–4 pm (9 am–3 pm mid-November through March); if you arrive early you may tour the Discovery Area while your room is prepared.
Quiet hours run 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. All rooms are non-smoking; a $250 smoking penalty applies for violations. Two pavilion grills are available for guest use; other grills or portable heaters are prohibited.

Is the Bengal Suite pet-friendly?
Yes. The unit is pet-friendly with a non-refundable fee of $25 for one animal and $50 for two (maximum two). Non-service animals are not allowed in the Self-Discovery Area or on the tour loop; non-dog animals require approval from lodging staff.
How many guests can stay and how are additional guests charged?
The base rate covers two guests; additional guests are charged $20 per person per night. The maximum occupancy is five guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a full reimbursement. Cancel 2–13 days prior and you'll be charged a $50 cancellation fee with the remainder refunded. Cancelling within 48 hours of arrival incurs a one-night charge with the balance refunded. Cancelling at least 24 hours before arrival also allows the option of a full-value lodging gift certificate instead of a refund.

The unit is ramp-accessible but is not ADA certified; guests with specific accessibility needs should contact lodging staff to confirm suitability.
