What if my arrival time is earlier than check-in?
If you arrive before the 3:00 PM check-in, you may tour the Discovery Area at no extra charge while you wait for your room to become available.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel 14 or more days prior for a full refund; cancel 2–13 days prior and you’ll be charged a $50 cancellation fee with the remainder refunded; cancel within 48 hours you'll be charged one night; cancel at least 24 hours before arrival and you may opt for a lodging gift certificate instead of a refund.
When do the daily tours run?
Daily tours operate during daytime hours—typically 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, shifting to 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM from mid-November through March.
