Meet at K‑Market, Ivalo Petsamontie 5, or arrange free pickup within a 10 km radius of Ivalo if booked in advance; arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
Layered warm clothing (thermal base, insulating mid‑layer, windproof outer), gloves, hat, scarf, sunglasses for glare, a small backpack, camera and a water bottle. Extra socks are recommended but optional.
Snowshoes and trekking poles are provided; thermal clothing and winter boots can be supplied if needed during preparation.
