Private winter tours run approximately 6–8 hours and start times are customizable to your group’s needs; trips can be shortened or lengthened (additional rates may apply).
Pickups are available from lodging in Bozeman, Paradise Valley, or Gardiner; if you’re outside that area you can meet in town and join the van there. Confirm pickup logistics with the operator ahead of time.
Bring a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, a day pack, layered clothing for changing temperatures, camera, hat, and sturdy hiking shoes or boots (or tennis shoes with good tread). Guides handle snowshoe rentals if needed and you should also plan to bring gratuity for your guide.
Guides arrange a gourmet picnic and will contact you about dietary needs; meals typically come from local delis and may include sandwiches, salads, fruit and snacks.
