Bidston Hill Local Nature Reserve is located on the Wirral Peninsula in Merseyside, England. Covering an area of roughly 67 acres, the reserve rises to an elevation of around 231 feet (70 meters), providing sweeping views across the Dee Estuary, Liverpool Bay, and on clear days, the Welsh mountains and Snowdonia National Park. The reserve features a mixture of heathland, woodland, and grassland habitats that support a variety of native flora and fauna, including butterflies, birds, and small mammals.
The hill has a long history dating back to prehistoric times, with remnants including an Iron Age hillfort on the western edge.
