Wilderness Landscape & Natural Heritage

Located in the Lindi Region of southeastern Tanzania, the Rondo Forest Reserve covers approximately 17,500 hectares of tropical evergreen and semi-deciduous forest. The reserve is one of the last remaining patches of indigenous forest in the area and serves as a critical refuge for a wide variety of rare plant and animal species.
