Iguazu National Park, located in the Misiones Province of Argentina, encompasses a lush subtropical rainforest that is home to the world-renowned Iguazu Falls. The park covers an area of approximately 261 square miles and offers visitors a vast array of recreational opportunities, including hiking, wildlife watching, and photographic adventures. The falls themselves are a major draw, consisting of 275 individual drops over the course of 1.7 miles along the Iguazu River.
