Preah Monivong Bokor National Park, located in the Kampot Province of Cambodia, spans a vast area known for its rolling hills, dense forests, and rich biodiversity. Established in 1993, the park is home to a variety of ecosystems ranging from cloud forests to lowland evergreen forests, providing habitat for numerous plant and animal species, including Asian elephants, tigers, and gibbons. The park is also known for its historical significance, housing the remains of a French colonial hill station, Bokor Hill Station, which adds an intriguing cultural layer to its appeal. Visitors can explore scenic trails, enjoy panoramic views from the Bokor Mountain summit, and visit the atmospheric Black Palace.
