Veľká Fatra National Park is located in central Slovakia and features an expansive terrain characterized by rolling limestone and dolomite mountain ranges. It is renowned for its diverse ecosystems, including dense forests, alpine meadows, and rugged peaks. The park's highest point is Ostredok, rising to 1,592 meters.
