Bach Ma National Park, located in central Vietnam, spans approximately 86,000 acres and is renowned for its rich biodiversity and pristine natural beauty. The park is perched along the Annamite Mountains and is composed of a diverse range of habitats, from coastal plains to high peaks reaching up to 1,450 meters. Historically, Bach Ma was used as a hill station during the French colonial era, which is evident in the remnants of villas and infrastructure found within the park. Its ecological richness is marked by over 1,500 plant species and numerous rare animals, including the Asiatic black bear and the critically endangered saola. Visitors can partake in a variety of recreational activities, such as hiking to the impressive Do Quyen Waterfall or taking in panoramic views from the Vong Hai Dai summit. With its myriad trails, Bach Ma offers both leisurely and challenging routes, making it a captivating destination for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike.
