Belasitsa Nature Park encompasses the Bulgarian portion of the Belasitsa Mountains, covering about 11,700 hectares in the Blagoevgrad Province near the borders with Greece and North Macedonia. The park features rugged terrain with forested slopes, alpine meadows, and rocky outcrops, creating vital habitats for numerous plant and animal species.
