Located near Melrose in the Scottish Borders, Eildon Hills Local Nature Reserve comprises three distinctive peaks known as Eildon Mid Hill, Eildon West Hill, and Eildon North Hill. These hills, formed from volcanic activity millions of years ago, rise sharply from the surrounding valley and the River Tweed, reaching heights up to 422 meters (1385 feet).
