Fleener Mill Preserve comprises approximately 348 acres of forested land along the Watauga River in Watauga County, North Carolina. The preserve is characterized by mature hardwood and mixed pine forests, steep riverbanks, and clear, cold waters renowned for trout fishing, particularly stocked rainbow and native brook trout.
