Lake Elmo Park Reserve encompasses over 2,000 acres in the eastern Twin Cities metropolitan area, centered around Lake Elmo, a 185-acre natural lake. The park features a variety of landscapes, including hardwood forests, restored prairie lands, wetlands, and rolling hills. Established to provide high-quality recreational opportunities, Lake Elmo Park Reserve serves as a habitat for numerous native plants and wildlife such as white-tailed deer, beavers, and a variety of migratory birds.
