Ndere Island National Park is located in Lake Victoria, near the town of Kisumu in western Kenya. The park covers the entirety of Ndere Island, a steep, rocky island rising sharply from the lake. It spans approximately 4.2 square kilometers (about 1,037 acres) and is known for its dense woodland, grassy clearings, and diverse wildlife.
