Located in southeastern Oklahoma within the Ouachita National Forest, Winding Stair Mountain National Recreation Area covers a diverse landscape of rolling hills, dense forests, and rocky ridges. Known for its outstanding natural beauty, the area is a prime location for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring Ridgeline trails that offer spectacular views.
