Newport State Park is a remarkable 2,373-acre expanse located in Northeastern Wisconsin on the Door County Peninsula. This designated wilderness area is the only Wisconsin state park to have achieved a wilderness designation, emphasizing its commitment to preserving natural habitats and landscapes. The park boasts over 11 miles of Lake Michigan shoreline, providing striking views and pristine natural beaches.
