Located in Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, McConnells Mill State Park covers over 2,500 acres of forested land carved by the Slippery Rock Creek. The park is known for its impressive sandstone gorge, which cuts through the landscape, exposing rock formations and creating opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, and trout fishing. The gorge features rapid waters and scenic waterfalls such as Slippery Rock Falls and Hell's Hollow Falls.
