What is the cancellation policy?
Lessee will receive a full refund minus a $15 administrative fee for reservations cancelled 14 days or more from the reservation date; cancellations 13 days or less from the reservation date forfeit funds, and no-shows forfeit funds.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For dangerous weather conditions on the morning of arrival you may reschedule to another date in the current season; if it is merely raining there will be no transfer of the reservation date.
