Renters supply tents, chairs, tables, dinnerware, flatware, flowers and any other event equipment unless other arrangements are made in advance; delivery and pick-up must be scheduled with Historic Sugartown staff and typically require 48 hours’ notice.
The rental includes use of the first floor, porch, front grounds, rear office and kitchenette; the building is heated and air-conditioned. Event parking is at Spring Road Field across the street.
Renter is responsible for cleaning up after the event: putting away additional chairs and tables, sweeping used areas, cleaning the kitchenette sink, collecting all trash and placing it in the designated area, and returning the site to the same condition.
Renter (and caterer, if used) must provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance naming Historic Sugartown, Inc. as additional insured.
