What the day feels like

How a session feels

An eighty-minute clinic moves quickly between focused repetitions and coached wave rides: warm-up and paddling drills, hands-on stance and turn correction in the water, then review via video and off‑board skateboard work to groove technique. Coaches also cover stretching, core strength and how subtle changes in board design affect your surfing, plus local surf-forecasting tips so you choose the right waves.
