PFDs are provided by the operator; groups may request a cooler tube (one per group) if they bring their own cooler to stow in it.

When can I start the float?
You may start this trip at any time between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
How long is the run and can I repeat it?
The run is approximately .75 mile and typically takes about an hour; you may repeat it as many times as you like during operating hours.
What are the shuttle hours and frequency?
Shuttles from the take-out back to the campground run every two hours, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
What water level is required?
The ideal water level is 2.75 ft and higher; below 3 ft you’ll encounter slow stretches where you must paddle or push, and at 2.5 ft and under the operator recommends renting tubes for local use instead of running the river. Check the USGS gauge before you go.
Are PFDs and cooler tubes available?
PFDs are provided; one cooler tube per group is available on request (you must supply your own cooler to fit inside it).
Do I need a phone or waterproof pouch?
At least one cellphone per group is required; waterproof pouches for phones are available for purchase if you don’t have one.
What happens if water level is too low?
If the water level is too low (2.5 ft and under) the operator recommends renting tubes for local use near the campground rather than running the river.
