Recommended parking includes a public deck at 210 N. Laurens St. or nearby surface lots a few blocks from the office.
Bring a water bottle or plain water only — no food or other drinks are allowed on the Rydables; shoes and shirts are required for all participants. The operator provides bottled water.
Rydables are ADA-compliant with a published weight capacity and safety systems (electromagnetic braking, anti-roll hill-lock, GPS/geofencing); top speeds are governed by mode and venue.

How old do you have to be to operate a Rydable on your own?
Only children 12 years old and older can ride a Rydable by themselves; riders 12 and up require the adult ticket for solo operation.
Can my child under 12 operate the Rydable while riding with an adult?
No — while a child 2–11 may ride seated in front of an adult, only the adult rider may operate the Rydable during the tour.
What ages can ride on a Rydable?
Children aged 2–11 may ride seated in front of an adult; children under 2 and infants are not permitted. Ages 12 and older may ride independently up to senior citizens.
What if I don't have enough adult riders to accompany all my children?
The operator may consider options for up to two smaller children riding with one adult in certain circumstances; contact the office via the provided email to discuss.
How fast does a Rydable go on the tour?
Rydables can reach top speeds depending on mode (up to approximately 7.5–8 mph in different specs), but the guided tour does not operate at full speed due to stops, turns and sidewalk conditions.

Can we eat or drink while on the tour?
No — only plain water or water bottles are allowed on the Rydables; the operator provides bottled water as well.
Are Rydables safe and suitable for varied terrain?
Rydables are classified as ADA-compliant mobility scooters, equipped with electromagnetic braking, anti-roll hill-lock and multi-terrain capability suitable for sidewalks, light grass, gravel and dirt as long as terrain isn’t excessively deep.
