Internationally recognised PADI Open Water Diver
Complete the PADI Open Water Diver course over three days and gain an internationally recognised certification that allows dives to 18 m (with a reduced 12 m limit for junior divers aged 12–16).
Small groups and local expertise
Classes are kept deliberately small (maximum six students) so instructors can provide individual attention while sharing detailed local knowledge of the Pilbara region.
Pool, shore and boat dives across three days
The course moves from pool skills and theory review to two shore dives and two boat dives in the Dampier Archipelago, allowing you to steadily build skills and explore reef systems as you qualify.
What the day feels like
What the three days feel like
The course begins with online theory and a pool session where instructors guide you through essential skills and the first sensation of breathing underwater. Over the following two days you complete four open-water dives—two shore dives to build confidence and two boat dives in the Dampier Archipelago aboard the operator’s vessel—revising skills, learning new ones and exploring reef life as you progress to certification.
