Details to review before reserving
Rentals run 3 to 5 hours depending on your time slot; arrive 15–20 minutes early and note that the 12:00 PM slot is shorter—equipment must be returned by 3:00 PM.
Bring a swimsuit or quick-dry clothing, sunscreen, water shoes or sandals, a refillable water bottle, sunglasses, and an optional towel or change of clothes; in winter months (December–February) add a light jacket, sweater, and gloves.
Check in at the EZ Kayak trailer located at 25804 N. Willow Beach – Paddlecraft Launch Area, Willow Beach, AZ 86445 and follow staff guidance for launch from the designated paddlecraft area.
Kayaks, life vests, dry bags, bottled water, sun hats and waterproof phone cases are provided; snacks are included and early morning launches may request courtesy extensions.

This is a self-guided rental; if you are a non-swimmer or unsure of your abilities, the operator recommends the Scenic Escape Tour (guided).

Can I reach Emerald Cave on a rental?
Yes—there is plenty of time to reach Emerald Cave on rentals, especially for 8:00–10:00 AM launches; the 12:00 PM slot is shorter and may be busier.

What is the cancellation policy if someone in my group doesn’t show?
