What to Bring

Bring your own water, towel, sunscreen, hat or sunglasses, change of clothes and water shoes (required). Kids 12 and under must bring their own USCG‑approved lifejacket. If you bring your own SUP you must also bring your own USCG‑approved lifejacket, safety whistle and SUP leash.

Equipment Options & Rates

All equipment included option is $40.00; bring‑your‑own equipment rate is $30.00.

Please arrive 20 minutes before class; the group launches at 11:30 AM.

What ages can participate?

Ages 2 and up are welcome: children 2–8 may ride on their parent's board at no extra charge; children 9+ can ride their own board if ready.

Do kids need lifejackets?

Yes. Kids 12 and under are required to wear their own USCG‑approved lifejacket at all times.

Can I bring my own board?

Yes. If bringing your own board you must bring your own USCG‑approved lifejacket, safety whistle and SUP leash; the bring‑your‑own rate is $30.00.

What is included and how long is the class?

The session includes an on‑land Intro to Paddleboarding, 1 hour of instruction on the water and 30 minutes of free time; all equipment is included with the $40.00 option.

Do I need to be able to swim?

Yes. All participants must be able to swim.
