This is a one‑day, one‑night program with a morning meet at Camp Wolf Willow, a full‑day SUP float and an evening sauna and overnight stay.

What to Bring

Wear a swimsuit under a base layer (short or long‑sleeved top). Pack a sweater, rain jacket and quick‑dry bottoms (shorts, capris or pants), plus rain pants and submersible footwear. Bring an extra change of clothes and footwear for after paddling; you may want socks for night use on the board.

Sauna Clothing

Shower before arriving; wear light, breathable clothing or a swimsuit in the sauna to avoid overheating and skin irritation.

Facilities & Gear

Camp Wolf Willow has change rooms and washrooms on site. If you add the SUP rental option, a PFD/life jacket and whistle are supplied.
