What the day feels like
How the Paddle Feels
The two‑hour outing unfolds as a slow, sensory journey: a brief on‑shore orientation, a measured entry into the creek, and long stretches of floating and guided attention where the group notices sounds, textures, and light. The pace is intentionally unhurried—moving like a river downstream—and the session wraps with a tea ceremony to ground the experience.
