The full class runs 1.5 hours (90 minutes), including a 10-minute land-based safety demo, a roughly 20-minute paddle to the anchor, a 40-minute yoga flow, and time to float back.
Wear clothes you can move in—bathing suits, yoga clothes, or moisture-wicking fabrics are recommended; avoid cotton. Bring sun protection, a hat, bug spray if desired, a snack and extra water for after class. Avoid bringing valuables unless you have a waterproof case or dry bag.
Boards, paddles, personal flotation devices, leashes and anchors are provided; dry bags and phone cases may be available on request. Gratuity is not included.
Arrive at Benedict Farm Park in Montgomery at least 15 minutes before the scheduled launch to get fitted and ready—departures will not wait and late arrivals may be ineligible for refunds.
