After checking in at the shop you’ll rig up, run through a brief land demo and safety talk, then push out into Waikīkī’s calm water for coached practice in stance, paddling technique and ocean awareness. Instructors guide you throughout the session—lessons run up to two hours depending on the session type—before returning to the shop to review photos or videos and wrap up.
