The operator supplies wetsuits, boards, paddles and buoyancy aids to keep participants warm and safe, and rounds the session off with hot drinks and cookies.

What to Bring

Bring water, a towel or robe, a change of warm clothes and, depending on weather, a light windproof/waterproof jacket and woolly hat. On sunny days use waterproof sunscreen applied an hour before the session.

Inclusions & Equipment

The operator provides wetsuits (plus socks or gloves if needed), boards, paddles and buoyancy aids. Hot drinks and cookies are included at the end of the session.

Logistics & Meeting Point

Meet at Tudenham Shore by Mossie’s Café; if it’s windy the group will relocate to the Royal Canal and you will be notified by email. The operator can also bring equipment to an alternate lough via mobile trailer for special events.
