What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Full refunds are issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are not refunded but retained as a credit usable within the calendar year. Cancellations under 30 minutes before the lesson are treated as a no‑show and are not refunded. If the operator cancels due to foul weather or poor surf conditions, a full refund is issued.
What happens if the instructor arrives late?
If the lesson starts behind schedule, the session will still be a full 1.5‑hour lesson (the instructor will extend the lesson to cover the full time).
