What the day feels like

How the session feels

The rhythm is brisk: check in at Cornish Wave HQ, get kitted in wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid, brief and warm up, then move straight onto rock and sea. You’ll alternate short scrambles, swims through channels and explorations of caves, with coached options to test your nerve on cliff jumps into deep Atlantic water.
