What is the minimum group size?

What happens if the minimum group size isn’t met or conditions are unsafe?

No. Non‑swimmers and people with major cardiac/respiratory issues, recent major surgery (within six months), severe back/neck/joint injuries, or who are pregnant are not permitted to participate.
